I take a client-centered approach, focusing on each person's uniqueness and building a plan around your strengths and your goals—not a one-size-fits-all formula.

In our work together, we'll embark on a journey of self-exploration—examining and resolving the thoughts and behaviors that have been limiting your potential. I'll help you identify your strengths and build a plan to step out of the patterns that keep you stuck. My belief is simple: insight and awareness are the primary forces of change, and a genuine, trusting relationship is what makes that depth of work possible.
